Suno prompts for Synth-pop.
Analog synths, tight songwriting, hook first
Figures are aggregated from 29 synth-pop blueprints built with Suno Prompt Machine. Musical values only — nothing identifying anyone who made them. The Pop & Synth Blueprint Pack collects finished blueprints in this territory.
Synth-pop is pop songwriting played on synthesisers, which means the prompt has two jobs: describe the synth palette and protect the song structure. A pulsing arpeggiated bass, a bright polysynth chord bed, a drum machine with a gated snare, and one unmistakable lead hook. Verse-prechorus-chorus is non-negotiable, and the pre-chorus is what makes the chorus land — Suno drops it unless you ask for it by name.
The key insight: Ask for a pre-chorus explicitly and name the synth palette rather than an era. "Pulsing arpeggiated bass, bright polysynth chords, gated snare" beats saying "80s".
